Utah traffic stop leads to kilos of cocaine

SALINA, Utah — A routine traffic stop last week led to a drug bust that yielded about 6.5 kilograms of cocaine with a street value of about $650,000.

Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Nick Bowles on Wednesday stopped a vehicle on I-70 about five miles east of Salina for "an equipment violation."
