Staying in shape

Eating right and staying physically fit are very important, not only to your health but for officer survival as well. Officers are prone to heart problems because their heart rates soar to unhealthy beats per second. This actually destroys the heart and over time, you will pay the price. Having a proper diet and exercising daily will help minimize your chance of heart complications.
