PHILADELPHIA — Dominique Seward heard the shots, three loud pops coming from behind as she walked toward her West Philadelphia home. Seward was six months pregnant on the night of May 24, 2011, and as she started to run, hands holding her belly, she felt a wave of fatigue, then searing pain.
