Video: Crowd cheers as cops pull injured firefighter to safety
Two New Castle officers raced into a fiery building without gear to help drag a firefighter to safety

The fire broke out in New Castle at about 8 p.m, drawing a crowd of spectators.
Lt. John Onufrak Sr. was inside the burning structure, when a wall and ceiling collapsed on him, according to The New Castle News.
Two police officers raced into the building to assist firefighters in pulling Lt. Onufrak Sr. to safety.
Lt. Onufrak Sr. was conscious and talking to paramedics when he was pulled, and then taken on a stretcher to an ambulance and transported to Jameson Hospital, according to the article.
The building formerly housed the Black Whale, a bar that had been closed since the 1970s.
