By PoliceOne Staff

BALTIMORE, Md. — A Baltimore dog has been reunited with her owner after police pulled her from the frigid waters of Baltimore's Inner Harbor on Wednesday. The dog, which normally hates the water and puts up a fight when given a bath, escaped the house when a delivery person came to the door.
