WASHINGTON — A police sergeant passed away last week while on-duty at the U.S. Capitol.

44-year-old Sgt. Clinton J. Holtz collapsed after suffering an aneurism, according to the Washington Post

Holtz was an avid boater and former professional basketball player, whom friends and colleagues called a “gentle giant.”
