How do you test to see that your dash cam video is working?

A Smithville (Mo.) police officer had to test his dash cam early Wednesday, and he decided to get a little creative. The officer was caught dancing and snapping his fingers on the camera mounted on his police cruiser's dash -- while trying to see if the video equipment worked. The cop was not identified, but the video has gotten attention after the Smithville police have posted it to their Facebook page.
