The Collingsworth County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for the position of Patrol Deputy. The Deputy will be required to patrol the county to provide law and order, investigate a wide variety of complaints/crimes, enforce traffic laws and investigate misdemeanor/felony offenses.This position will require shift work including nights, weekends and holidays. Each Patrol Deputy is assigned a take-home patrol unit. Each patrol vehicle is equipped with a CF31 Toughbook, Copsync MDT program, Digital Ally in-car cameras, patrol rifle and a STALKER radar unit. Hall County Sheriff's Office would prefer to hire an officer with some experience but previous law enforcement experience is not a requirement.

Job Requirements

Age 21 years of age or older

Education High School or GED

Experience Is Preferred

Must reside inside Collingsworth County once hired;

Salary Information

Entry Level Salary: $24,000 annual
