St. Paul's longest-serving cop must retire

With 42 years on the job, John Morrow is St. Paul's longest-serving police officer, but the department tells him that will change June 24.
The officer turns 65 on June 25. Chief John Harrington sent Morrow a letter this week, citing a state law that says police and fire employees in certain cities, including St. Paul, "shall retire upon reaching" age 65.
