Which total station package is right for me?

Which total station package is right for me?

We are a department of about 110 officers and here lately we've been reconstructing fatal or near fatal accidents at least once a week. We are looking at purchasing a total station package to go along with our Vista F/X software. I don't see the department buying a robotic system, but what are other departments using and what should we shoot for?
