Wellco to Launch Smith & Wesson Inspired Footwear Line

North Carolina based- Wellco Enterprises, Inc has teamed up with legendary Firearms manufacturer Smith & Wesson, in the form of a licensing agreement to design and distribute a full line of Tactical Law Enforcement footwear reminiscent of the quality that the US was renowned for, while utilizing state of the art materials and technology. Wellco’s footwear manufacturing expertise dates back to the early 1940’s and have since been in the forefront of military footwear design, manufacture and supply for the US Armed Forces.

Featured here is the mid range 8.0 Calibre boot that tops the list of added features, including 2.0-2.2mm full grain leather, a super flexible Bi-Fit lasting board and special multi durometer abrasion and slip resistant out-sole creating sustainable comfort, superior performance and unparalleled durability.  The S&W footwear collection is to be officially unveiled at the forthcoming SHOT Show and will be available for delivery in Spring 08.
