Safariland Introduces New Hatch Motor Officer Gloves with Orthopedic Technology
JACKSONVILLE, Florida – Safariland™, a BAE Systems line of business, introduced today the new LMG100/200 Hatch® Leather Motor Officer Glove. This new glove is designed to provide greater comfort while increasing protection against the rigorous vibration and repetitive movements encountered by motor officers.
Safariland’s new Hatch LMG Motor Officer Gloves (LMG100/200) utilize Hatch’s renowned technology in a design that protects the flexor tendons, which are typically compressed when exerting gripping force. The unique split, high-density, foam-padded palm reduces pressure and vibration transfer on the median nerve helping to improve comfort and prevent the onset of carpal tunnel syndrome.
The new LMG100 Leather Motor Officer Glove provides exceptional durability and professional appearance with an enhanced grip for added weapon control and trigger feel. The gloves are made of soft and supple drum-dyed goatskin leather for superior abrasion and tear resistance and include a water-resistant finish and a suede-leather palm. The elastic wrist provides a secure fit and the extended cuff is adjustable, designed to deflect wind and improve cooling.
The Hatch Leather Motor Officer Gloves are available in black and tan, the LMG100 and LMG200 respectively. Both models are available in sizes S-XXL with an MSRP of $35.00.
