U.S. Patent #D552,840S, Law & Order Motorcycle patrol boots feature black leather w/ zippered rear seam and leather lined shaft, oil resistant LUG sole and heel, adjustable at instep and calf. The patent features plastic stays sewn into rear seam along each side of the zipper. The advantage of the patent is that the boot shaft does not collapse like a wet sock.
