LaserMax FOR XD .45 ACP Now Available!
Rochester, NY—LaserMax, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of Internal Guide Rod Lasers for the increasingly popular .45 ACP caliber Springfield XD semi-auto pistols.

Weighing in at less than an ounce, the two new LaserMax models are specifically designed for Springfield’s 4” Service Model in .45 ACP, as well as the 5” Tactical Model in .45 ACP. Models previously released by LaserMax fit the other XD calibers. The LMS-4XD45-ACP and LMS-5XD45-ACP kits will simply replace Springfield’s factory guide rod, spring, and take down lever, adding no additional weight or bulk the firearm whatsoever. The electronics, batteries and miniaturized laser diode are all housed within the LaserMax guide rod, which is crafted from tough aircraft grade aluminum. LaserMax’s ingenious design incorporates the activation of the laser into a custom take-down lever. Installation is a simple process that can be performed by the end user in minutes with no special tools. Both sights come with customized alignment, permanently set for guaranteed center of mass accuracy.
The Internal Guide Rod Laser is the only laser system available for XD pistols that requires no external modification to the firearm, making them compatible with standard holsters and accessories. This is an important feature for users who do not want to give up their favorite holster or the feel of XD’s ergonomically-designed grip. The new sights are backed by LaserMax’s full three-year warranty and will retail for $399.00.
