Duty Holster Combination for Weapon Light

Duty Holster Combination for Weapon Light

I am try to find any brand of duty holster that would fit the following combination of weapon and weapon light. The pistol is a Smith and Wesson 4006TSW and the light is a Streamlight TLR2. I have exhausted all means that available to me and have been unable to find a duty holster for this combination. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
