Armor Holdings, Inc. Acquires ODV, Inc, Expanding its Forensic Science Capabilities

Jacksonville, FL – Armor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AH), a leading manufacturer and supplier of security products, safety equipment and armor systems serving law enforcement, corrections, military, homeland defense and commercial markets, announced that it has acquired ODV, Inc. of South Paris, Maine. A 35-year old, family-owned manufacturer and distributor of forensic products, ODV will become part of the Armor Holdings Products Division’s Armor Forensics group, adding its brand names of Narcotest™ and NarcoPouch™ to an extensive product line up.

Armor Forensics, one of the most progressive companies in the forensic science field offers products and services from NIK®, Lightning Powder Company®, Identicator® and Evi-Paq™ among others.

“We are pleased to offer our forensics customers the additional product lines of ODV,” said Steve Croskrey, President and CEO of Armor Holdings Products Division. “ODV's business will be moved from South Paris, Maine to Armor Forensics' Jacksonville, Florida facility, and as part of a larger entity, ODV will be more able to make improvements in products and services for all of our customers.”
