Level IIIA Ballistic Shields

We are looking to purchase a level IIIA ballistic shield which will primarily be used in tactical operations. We are looking at the Protech Defender. I was just wondering if someone could tell me if there are any product reviews on this or similar shields? We would like to get a good lightweight shield that is the best value for the money.
