Operational Tactics Announces the 2005 OpTac International Tactical Command Conference
The OpTac International Tactical Command Conference held on August 31-September 2 in Gaithersburg, Maryland is designed to provide commanders, team leaders, and special operations personnel with a contemporary perspective on issues relating to tactical command and critical incident management. Informative sessions taught by internationally recognized instructors will include preparation, planning, and tactics to enhance officer safety and operational success. Liability concerns relating to legal and ethical command decisions will be analyzed.
