MSA's new TIC Video Capture Unit Records Fireground Action For Later Use

Pittsburgh, Pa. -- MSA's exclusive small, easy-to-use, stand-alone Evolution® 5000 Series Video Capture System records 2 hours of screen action and can be mounted, within seconds, to any EVOLUTION 5000 Series TIC. A new camera is not required to use this system. The Video Capture System can provide the user with a complete overview of the environment and incident that the camera was used in, offering fast and simple video recording of the original screen for documentation, recordkeeping and training purposes.

It uses mpeg 1 format, standard RS-MMC card and flash memory card reader. With the card reader the video clips can be downloaded to a computer, stored, viewed and followed up for documentation. The Video Capture System uses the same Li-Ion rechargeable battery and charger used in whole EVOLUTION 5000 Series of Thermal Imaging Camera.
