TigerLight® Non-Lethal Defense System Subject of Several High Level Studies

Heber City, Heber City, Utah. - To date TigerLight, Inc. has targeted military and law enforcement applications of our products. Our TigerLight team has been working intensely with military and law enforcement to provide data sufficient to demonstrate the TigerLight® Non-Lethal Defense System's safety, reliability and effectiveness.

Operational field tests were completed by AFSOC at Hurlburt AFB and environmental effects testing was conducted at Eglin AFB and Eastern Labs. Joint Services Operational Tests were conducted at Ft. Leonard Wood, Camp Lejeune, Camp Pendleton, Lackland AFB, Picatinny Arsenal, The Center For Anti-Terrorism and Naval Security and several other locations. The "Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate" funded both tests.

DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency) which is under OSD (Office of the Secretary of Defense) approved funds for human effects testing of five of the pepper sprays that can be used in the TigerLight® Non-Lethal Defense System. That testing is expected to commence at Brooks AFB beginning November or December 2006 and last 3-6 months. Additionally, the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate has approved and funded the acquisition of 100 units that are to be sent, upon successful completion of the Human Effects Testing, to yet-to-be-determined overseas locations for a most important field test. There have been additional field tests conducted by Security Forces at Hurlburt AFB, ARMY Special Forces at Camp Williams, by the 13th MEU at Pendleton and the Coast Guard MSST at Chesapeake, VA.

The most extensive study has just been completed at Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The ten month, 500 Deputy "Use-of-Force Study" was completed September 30 and the data is being compiled and analyzed. A final report is expected by December. Preliminary reports indicate that the TigerLight® is exceptionally effective at reducing the level of force necessary to gain compliance from combative subjects in both single and multi-subject scenarios. Preliminary reports show 51 incidents involving 146 subjects with TigerLight gaining compliance from 98% of the subjects without serious injury to officer or subject. Only three subjects were reported as non-compliant. Preliminary reports indicate that 6-9 incidents may have fallen into the category classified as "Saves" wherein lethal force would likely have been used or justified if the deputy had not had a TigerLight® in hand.

As stated, the results of the LASD study are preliminary and a final report and analysis is forthcoming from Mark Correia PhD., San Jose Department of Justice Studies, who is conducting the study. LASD's Commander Sid Heal coordinated the study. Commander Heal directs LASD's Technology Exploration Program and is a world-renowned expert on Non-Lethal Weapons Technology.

TigerLight is also developing civilian applications for the TigerLight® Non-Lethal Defense System. The TigerLight team is in the final stages of development of a lower priced, LED based, pocket-sized TigerLight® that will be marketed to the general public with several new patent pending features. The single question we have been asked more than any other question, by probably 100 to 1 is, "are you going to come out with one my wife can carry in her purse?" says TigerLight CEO Michael Teig, whose brother, Sergeant Randy Teig, Portland Police Bureau, invented the TigerLight®. "We have spent the last several years developing a unit we feel is worth to carry the TigerLight® name."

"TigerLight has a great deal of support from highly respected individuals in law enforcement, military and from our shareholders for what we are doing," says Teig. "This is a product whose time has come. It is a product that is needed worldwide. We have orders coming in from South Korea to Norway and from Special Forces to celebrity bodyguards. Studies support our belief that in a sudden attack situation it is absolutely the best non-lethal weapon because it is stealth and it is already in the hand, finger on the trigger (spray actuator), and it is effective against single or multiple subjects. For a civilian it is a slam-dunk. Nothing is better. You have a stealth, non-lethal weapon in your hand that isn't lethal if ever used against you. I have a wife and seven daughters. There is nothing I'd rather they have in their hand when walking to their cars or jogging through the park."

For more information about our current initiatives, please call 1-435-657-9529, email info@tigerlight.net or visit our web site at www.tigerlight.net. Thank you. Michael Teig, President/CEO.
