Presynct Technologies Announces Sale to Cedar Grove Police Department
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – The Cedar Grove Police Department in West Virginia recently selected Presynct_ SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), an efficient, web-based incident reporting system by Presynct Technologies, Inc. The Presynct_SaaS application offers all the advantages of an in-house incident reporting application, but without the significant costs of software installation and maintenance.
Chief Wesley Smith is happy that the new system has reduced his workload by transmitting state reports electronically. “We don’t have to worry about turning them in ourselves anymore,” said Smith.
Smith said the search feature included with Presynct_SaaS is going to be a major benefit of the new service. “If we need to go in and research something, we can call it up by officer, suspect, case number, as well as other parameters” he said.
Wesley said he expects the new system to save him valuable hours of staff time, which will allow the 4-man department to spend more time on patrol and less on paperwork. He added that Presynct’s staff has been very helpful in making the transition to the new system. “The customer service has been great,” he said.
Presynct_SaaS is a web-based police incident reporting system that allows users to create, process, archive, and search incident reports for a low, fixed per-user monthly fee.
