The OpTac International Advanced Tactical Command Program is designed to develop and enhance operational planning and execution for Tactical Commanders and team leaders through interactive training and practical exercises. Classes include: legal updates, establishing a SWAT training matrix, media relations, integration of snipers and entry/perimeter team personnel, behavioral science, multi-team and multi-jurisdiction operations, critical incident response, and supervision of interpersonal issues as they relate to executive decisions and department liability,.

 

    One of the most popular and innovative classes presented in this advanced program is titled, Leadership in the 21st Century. In this class we discuss leadership relating to officer safety, operational effectiveness, and integration of tactical team personnel. In the eighth topic of the OpTac International Discussion Series we would like to present the topic of leadership.
