Gamber-Johnson Offers New Universal Seatmount

Designed for easy installation and use in any vehicle

Stevens Point, WI—Gamber-Johnson, renowned manufacturer of rugged mobile docking stations and vehicle mounts announces the release of their Universal NotePad™ IV/XL with Seatmount.

Utilizing the passenger seat to firmly secure the base into the vehicle, Gamber-Johnson has designed the patent-pending universal Seatmount for mounting in any vehicle. The base is easily installed by sliding the anchor plate between the seat and seatback, then tightening the Nylon straps at the front of the Seatmount.

The Seatmount can be used with virtually all full-size notebook computers because of its adjustable width, depth and thickness. The 90-degree wing turn closure latch allows for quick computer insertion and removal, fast initial size adjustment of the mount, and has a built-in key lock to deter theft.

The universal Seatmount was also designed to maximize user comfort. The articulating arm assembly allows the user to tilt, swivel, pull out and rotate the equipment 360 degrees. This allows the user to fully manipulate the computer and bring it closer for optimized comfort when typing.

When the computer is not in use or the vehicle is in motion, it is optimal to reposition the computer over the Seatmount against the seatback and out of the air bag zone.

The universal Seatmount can be purchased as a package utilizing the NotePad™ IV/XL or all components can be purchased separately, which allows you to mix and match for use with any Gamber-Johnson cradle or docking station.
