Course Description
This is a 2-day comprehensive course that teaches foundational kettlebell exercises at an instructor level. The participants will observe precise and
proper body mechanics, demonstrate proficiency for each foundational exercise, teach a novice how
to perform kettlebell exercises, and will learn how to safely and properly implement these new skills
into current training regimes. Enhance your CrossFit programing with this effective tool.
Course Requirements
The requirements for this course are stringent. Precise demonstration and excellent verbal articulation is the
standard. This is both for your protection and the safety of those you train.

• Demonstrate skill proficiency on Performance Test
Due to the importance of the material presented in this course, there will be no exceptions to the
above criteria. All required criteria must be met before instructor certificates are issued. Otherwise, a
certificate of attendance will be issued.

Founder of Tactical Athlete Training Systems, was one of the first certified senior kettlebell instructors in the United States. He is the creator of "Hand-2-Hand" kettlebell juggling, S.H.O.T. training, Tactical Athlete Pull-up System (TAPS), and author of six training DVDs. He has over 15 years experience as a full-time defensive tactics, firearms, special response team instructor and the first to implement kettlebell training into a federal agency.
