Randi Rogers of Team GLOCK Shooting Squad wins Area 2 USPSA High Production Lady Title
Smyrna, GA—Randi Rogers of Team GLOCK Shooting Squad competed in the 2007 USPSA Area 2
Championship on November 8-12 at the Rio Salado Sportman’s Club in Mesa, Arizona. Randi
won the High Production Lady title in her inaugural debut at the USPSA match. Out of only 36
competitors, she finished 19th overall in the Production Division while the 2nd place finishing Lady
Production shooter finished 35th. Rogers also placed an impressive 3rd place in the production
division B class.
The Area Two Championship consisted of 11 stages as well as the chronograph shot over 3
days. The match began on Friday, November 8th with 5 stages of shooting, continued with five
stages on Saturday and concluded with two stages on Sunday morning. These stages were shot
with a minimum round count of 284. “Area 2 is one of the most well run matches I have ever
been to; the stages were well written, the props were amazing and the competitors were a
pleasure. I had a great time shooting this match and look forward to returning next year,” offers
Rogers.
Randi comments on her initiation to the 2007 USPSA Area 2 Championship, “Having
concentrated mostly on IDPA this year, Area 2 offered a new and exciting challenge. I feel like I
shot well and I accomplished my goals. I look forward to continuing to work on my shooting as
well as the sport of USPSA.”

Randi comments on her spectacular season, “As my last major match of the year, I could not

allowing me to concentrate on the match and not worry about the functioning of the pistol even
after dropping my magazines in the sandy dessert. I was pleased with my performance and look
forward to shooting more USPSA events in the future.”
