Revision Eyewear To Supply U.S. ARMY New Recruits With Protective Eyewear
WILLISTON, VT, February 27, 2007 - Revision Eyewear, developers of special purpose-built military eyewear, has signed a new contract to provide the U.S. Army with over 175,000 sets of the Revision Sawfly™ U.S. Military Eyewear by mid-year 2007. In addition to the 104,000 sets provided in last-half 2006, these protective glasses will be used in the Army’s Training Base Eye Protection Program, in which all new recruits will wear Revision eyewear during training to protect their eyes and to familiarize them with routinely wearing protective eyewear.

The Williston facility provides for assembly, warehousing, logistics, sales and customer service, as well as for engineering, quality assurance and a ballistic and optical testing laboratory.
