With the original receipt, consumers who are not convinced that Magnum boots are the most comfortable, best-fitting boots for the job are entitled to a replacement product or a full refund, within 60 days of purchase.

The Magnum Challenge was initially launched in April 2002 as a limited time offer. Based on the popularity of the program, Magnum has evolved the promotional offer into a company policy.
