Salient Stills Introduces Advanced Capture Capability and Windows XP Support in VideoFOCUS Pro 1.5

Continuing to offer the most flexible software solutions to their customers, Salient Stills announced the release of VideoFOCUS 1.5 Pro - a leading video to still image enhancement software environment. Salient Stills continues to be a leader in adopting new technologies to support the evolving needs of their customers.

An entirely newly designed capture infrastructure allows more flexibility in digitizing card selection and better overall capture performance. VideoFOCUS Pro 1.5 supports a variety of Direct Show compliant capture devices and provides the performance required for uncompressed video capture. The system now works with a variety of digitizing cards from uncompressed to DV/1394 to MJPEG capture. The new capture infrastructure also provides improved monitoring of video capture. This version of this product is supported on both Windows XP and Windows 2000.
