BlackHAWK CEO Mike Knoell Clears Up BlackHAWK and Blackwater Industry Confusion

To all of our customers...

We know that there is a great deal of confusion in the market place over the trade names of BlackHAWK and Blackwater.

BlackHAWK has been receiving a great deal of phone calls, e-mails, and is being approached at trade shows confusing BlackHAWK with Blackwater Training Center and Blackwater Gear, a division of Michaels of Oregon which licensed the name from Blackwater. Yes they are very similar, tongue twisters and confusing.

BlackHAWK is not engaged in providing training or contractors oversees, BlackHAWK is a key supplier of Tactical GEAR to Military and Law Enforcement units throughout the world.

We wanted to take a moment to make sure our industry knows that BlackHAWK is not Blackwater and that we are not, in any way, involved with the current Blackwater litigation.
