Law Enforcement Thermographer's Association Accepts Bullard TACSIGHT Thermal Imager
The Law Enforcement Thermographer's Association (L.E.T.A.) recently evaluated the TACSIGHT Command Control Thermal Imager System and has determined that it significantly enhances the safety and efficiency of law enforcement thermal imaging operations. TACSIGHT is the first thermal imager system specifically designed for law enforcement which provides solutions across all 12 of the LETA-approved applications ranging from routine patrol and surveillance, to search and rescue, accident investigation and covert tactical operations. Uniquely capable of wireless remote transmission and recording of video images, TACSIGHT provides incident or scene information to support command control requirements not available from other thermal imagers.
Bullard has launched the first handheld remote thermal imager video receiver for law enforcement. Built with the same durability and reliability that makes the Bullard TACSIGHT thermal imager a law enforcement standard, MobileLink expands the command control utility of TACSIGHT by enabling fellow officers and scene or incident commanders the ability to "see what the camera sees" via remote image reception. Small enough to fit in your hand, MobileLink features include a 3.5 inch display, a choice of 2 or 4-channel reception, and the same battery power system used in the TACSIGHT thermal imager. MobileLink also features a video output for connection to an external recording device.
