Verseidag Protection Group Launches Survival Armor

Ft. Myers, FL – Verseidag Protection Group, a leading supplier of protection products for military forces worldwide, and its parent company Gamma Holding announced the formation of Survival Armor to serve the US market.

“Verseidag is at the moment the leading supplier of protection products in Europe with production facilities in Germany, Poland and Finland,” said President of the Verseidag Protection Group Onno Hart. ”We are a fully integrated company engaged in weaving, coating, pressing and body armor as well as production of complete armor kits for protection of vehicles, helicopters and ships. Our personal protection products were not offered until now in the US market which triggered us to found Survival Armor.”

Survival Armor will manufacture concealable armor, tactical armor, and hard armor products for US law enforcement and military agencies. Both NIJ approved ballistic models and NIJ approved Spike products are currently being developed by Survival Armor’s Research and Development team.
“We look forward to producing high quality, NIJ certified products that are a step above what is currently available,” said Survival Armor’s Cathy Lowe, “We want to provide the US market with products that meet the same high standards as the products Verseidag Protection Group companies offer worldwide.”

Located in Fort Myers, FL, Survival Armor brings together some of the best minds from the US ballistic protection industry and partners them with the resources of an internationally known, world leading textile company and its protection group. Some of its employees have 30 years experience in body armor.

“Currently we are expanding our representative and dealer network so that soon Survival Armor’s products will be available allover the USA,” said Lowe.
