Translation Devices

I was inquiring wether you have heard of a device that can translate any other language into english. At our last DUI check point we had difficulty with spanish speaking suspects. It would not only be Spanish but possibly German, French or Polish etc. Is there anything out there that we could speak English into and out comes whatever language needed.
