Mobile Concepts by Scotty Earns an “A” in Customer Satisfaction
Mt. Pleasant, PA – Mobile Concepts was awarded a 94 out of 100 satisfaction rating by its past customers and is certified as a Top 20 percent performer.
In a survey conducted by Open Ratings, past customers were asked a variety of questions to calculate the overall performance of Mobile Concepts by SCOTTY. Detailed performance ratings were taken in the following categories: reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support and responsiveness.
Mobile Concepts received zero negative feedback from clients whom include police and sheriff departments, government agencies, military organizations, fire departments, utility companies and private enterprise, among others. This is unusual for a manufacturer who specializes in custom projects.
“If you are a family owned business for more than 50 years, you assume you are doing something right, but it is nice to hear it from your customers,” said Degre. My grandfather and father taught me that if you don’t service your customers, some one else will.”
This belief may attribute to the high marks they received on the survey.
“We realize that to be successful in today’s global business environment you must have an intense focus on the voice of the customer,” explained Degre.
