Two Cameras in One
The WatchGuard DV-1 includes a Combination Camera, which features two, high-resolution, full color cameras housed in one enclosure; a powerful front zoom camera, and a wide-angle cabin (backseat) camera.

The Front Camera
The high performance front zoom camera features the advanced Sony® EX-VIEW Chipset, which offers the best nighttime performance and anti-blooming technology of any camera available in its class. This technology allows the camera to capture considerable detail even in low light conditions.

The front camera boasts a powerful 264X zoom (22X optical zoom/12X digital zoom) - powerful enough for even the most demanding surveillance work.

Camera functions are easily accessed via the backlit keypad panel. The fully programmable Auto-Zoom function can be set to zoom to a specified distance, and hold the zoom level for a specified amount of time. If desired, all camera controls can also be easily accessed using the Front Panel of the DV-1.

The Cabin Camera
Integrated into the Combination Camera body, this High Performance Color CCD Camera is far superior to any competing "backseat" camera. Most other manufacturers use a low resolution, black & white board camera, which severely limits the image quality. This high-resolution color camera is nearly equal in image quality to most main front cameras - 470 TV lines (most competing systems are only 330 TV lines).
The backseat camera is mounted at a fixed angle to optimally capture the entire backseat when the front combination camera is pointed directly out the front of the vehicle.
