Introducing LandAirSea’s Plus Protection Plan

All of the products offered by LandAirSea undergo extensive testing to ensure high performance and reliability for our entire line of GPS tracking devices. Since LandAirSea oversees the manufacturing and development of both the hardware and software, our customers can be assured of the quality, functionality and effectiveness of all our products.

We offer both passive (such as our best-selling Tracking Keys and Tracking Key Pros) as well as real-time GPS tracking systems (such as our newest flagship device the SilverCloud). Common applications of our devices include fleet asset and vehicle management, law enforcement surveillance and personal vehicle tracking.

All LandAirSea GPS Tracking Systems come with a one-year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. Our limited warranty policy warrants that all of our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

Introducing LandAirSea’s Plus Protection Plan

We are now offering our Plus Protection Plan, which extends the coverage on our passive and real-time GPS tracking devices to two years from the original product purchase date. This extended warranty plan not only covers your device from manufacturer defects, it also covers:

• accidental/incidental damages involving cosmetic repairs or water damage
• internal hardware malfunctions
• or, if necessary, a complete replacement of the device.
• ***the Plus Protection Plan does not, however, apply to lost or stolen devices, or
unauthorized alterations or modifications.

Cost
The LandAirSea Plus Protection Plan costs only $49.99, and can be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. At the end of the two-years of coverage, the Plus Protection Plan can be renewed for an additional year for $49.99.

Replacement Process
The Plus Protection Plan covers all labor costs for repairs, however, an additional charge will be added for devices that require complete replacement. In this case, we will ship the original purchaser with a brand new device of the same model.

Return Policy
