Police: Bystander wounded at Tulsa courthouse probably shot by deputy
Police: Bystander wounded at Tulsa courthouse probably shot by deputy Bystander Ricardo Manuel, 28, was shot in the leg after Andrew Joseph Dennehy opened fire on the courthouse plaza and shot a sheriff's deputy through both hands, authorities said. Police believe a deputy fired the bullet that struck Manuel.
