The German shepherd picks up the scent of the "bad guy" and bolts to find him concealed under brush in a Washington County field. Sheriff's Deputy Jim Haxton gives his canine partner the signal to bite when the culprit -- a well-protected Hillsboro police officer -- doesn't cooperate.
