Will to Win: Four OIS incidents in one impressive career

LT. Randy Sutton has been involved in four officer involved shootings during his career. He shares his story of the most recent shooting he witnessed which involved a murder-suicide situation. Sutton was very impressed with the way his team handled the situation, both professionally and tactically. He explains that as a leader, he wanted to be sure his team walked away from the situation feeling healthy and confident in their decisions.
