Incident commanders depend on software suites to help them effectively address manmade or natural disasters. Incident Response Technologies’ (IRT) Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite can serve as a central platform for a multitude of client needs.
A mobile platform for incident data
The Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite provides a scalable command and control solution that lets users quickly consolidate information, coordinate assets and act accordingly.
The software can be accessed from most any device, including Mac- and Windows-based PCs, iPad and Android tablets, and smartphones.
A state-of-the-art data center supports the software with redundant hardware, automatic failover, and 24/7/365 monitoring. Even more important is the software’s military grade 256-bit data encryption.
In addition, the software can be interfaced with customers’ existing applications including computer aided dispatch, scheduling, and records management systems.
A suite of field applications
The Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite offers a myriad of field applications and can be used to manage day-to-day incidents and events of any type or size, as well as organizing pre-plan data by building, address, or call type.
This can be done quickly by dragging-and-dropping units into an org chart, building diagrams or other customizable background images. For example, a map can be used to view resources geographically, while a chart displays them organizationally, and map layers display other situational awareness data.
A multi-agency friendly design
Agencies can share data instantly with all incident stakeholders, both on the scene and remote. They can access social media feeds, weather data, notification tools and many more critical features. They even can collaborate and share data on incident action plans (IAPs) from multiple devices or locations with ICS forms that are PC, tablet and smartphone friendly.
Pre-plans are important for multi-agency response, and the Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite delivers by mapping out buildings, call types, and special events.
A mobile identity
The software works seamlessly with Usher Intelligence, offering a mobile identity that replaces traditional physical IDs with mobile identity badges.
Built on the industry-leading MicroStrategy Analytics Platform, Usher Intelligence captures, analyzes, and then displays visualizations of all Usher activity, providing both global visibility of users and an audit trail for governance, risk management, and cyber security oversight.
These badges can be used to identify a person to others, unlock doors and log in to applications or workstations without passwords and offer GPS tracking and geo-fencing capabilities.
After a user scans an Usher-generated QR code on the web application or workstation screen, Usher transmits that user's credentials through encrypted out-of-band channels to the application or workstation.
From mobile devices to PCs, IRT’s Rhodium Incident Management Suite can serve as a common operating platform to help any first response agency plan for and manage an incident by sharing, recording and displaying information for increased situational awareness.
