Officer wounded in Texas bank robbery

ALICE, Texas — When Alice Police Officer Daniel Elizondo caught up with a pair of bank robbers, he drew his gun.

One suspect drew before Elizondo could and shot the officer in the leg.

Despite the wound, Elizondo fired several shots and fatally hit the suspect in the chest.
