Shelby County Sheriff's Office Uses Stun-Cuff to Keep Inmates Compliant

Close

Shelby County's most violent inmates are now being kept in line with the use of a newly acquired device for compliance: the Stun-Cuff. Inmates aren't the only ones briefed; DRT members at the jail get 8 hours of training and they have to experience the Stun-Cuff first hand.
