DENVER, Colo. — An armed-robbery suspect remained at large late Wednesday after eluding police in a high-speed chase through Denver.
Police spotted the vehicle of 20-year-old Carlos Sanchez, a suspect in a recent robbery outside a Denver convenience store, about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, said Sonny Jackson, police spokesman.
Police pulled over the vehicle - described as a black Nissan or Acura SUV with license plate number 815-NEZ - at an apartment complex at 3300 W. Florida Ave.
