SAN FRANCISCO — A police officer and Good Samaritan pulled an alleged drunk driver from his burning car following a crash in San Francisco Monday morning.
The vehicle burst into flames after crashing into a light pole about 1:30 a.m., according to The San Francisco Chronicle.
The officer and a passer-by dragged the man out of the car and he was taken to the hospital, though his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening. Sources said the passer-by was treated at the scene for minor burns.
