Neb. woman arrested 3 times for calling 911 too much

This is her third arrest since November, after declining help when emergency personnel arrived

FREMONT, Neb. — Police arrested a 63-year-old Fremont woman Friday afternoon after she was accused of making repeated 911 calls.

Lt. Kurt Bottorff said Melanie Gifford made multiple emergency calls throughout the day, but declined help when emergency personnel arrived.
