LIVINGSTON, Ky. — A woman trying to avoid arrest deliberately defecated on an officer Saturday, Fox 10 reported.

Officers arrived at 26-year-old Amanda Peters’ home early Saturday morning to arrest her on an outstanding warrant. When Peters locked herself in the bathroom, an officer entered and tried to arrest her.

At that point, police say Peters “intentionally released her bowels in an upward motion and with purposeful direction at this Deputy — causing said bodily waste to land on the face, arms and legs of this Deputy.”

Peters was charged with resisting arrest, third-degree assault of an officer, identity theft of another without consent, giving an officer false identifying information and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of $10,000 or more.
