MANALAPAN, Fla. — Cell phone video captured a man allegedly high on meth jumping on top of a moving car and riding on it until police took him into custody.
WPBF reports 25-year-old Jonathan Restrepo exited a vehicle April 26 and began jumping on top of other cars.
Restrepo eventually hopped onto the roof of a Nissan Altima that did not stop, and moved with the vehicle for a time before police arrived and arrested him.
The suspect was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief in connection to the incident.
