Man injured at Hawaii police firing range

HONOLULU- A 30-year-old man was injured yesterday when he was struck in the neck with a bullet at the Honolulu Police Department's firing range in East Oahu.
City Emergency Services Department spokesman Bryan Cheplic says a bullet ricocheted and hit the man in the neck.
The man was taken to The Queen's Medical Center in critical condition but was later upgraded to serious condition.
The police firing range is located in Hawaii Kai.
