Utah Supreme Court rules injured trooper can't sue

UTAH — The Utah Supreme Court ruled that a highway trooper who was injured while responding to an accident can't sue the driver at fault.

The court cited the "professional rescuers" rule, and this ruling could have ramifications for first responders across the nation.
