Wash. guards who saw beating 'followed training'

According to local LEOs, three unarmed security guards were 'following orders' last month when they stood by without intervening as a 15-year-old girl was beaten in a Seattle bus tunnel.

The guards, who have orders to 'observe and report,' called police. King County Sheriff's Sgt. John Urquhart said they were right to follow training, but the level of violence in the recently released surveillance video might make you wonder why the guards didn't try to break up the fight ...
