NEWMAN, Calif. — The Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is helping raise money for the family of a fallen California officer who was killed in the line of duty last month.
According to Fox News, Newman Cpl. Ronil Singh left his wife and 5-month-old son after he was gunned down by suspect Gustavo Perez Arriaga during a traffic stop. Perez Arriaga, who was in the states illegally, has been charged with murder.
The foundation, which helps pay off mortgages for families of fallen heroes, has raised more than $150,000 to help Singh’s family.
